Who we are

Born in e-commerce. Built for operations.

Zelvox is a business automation and AI consulting firm founded in 2021 and headquartered in Doral, Florida. We started in e-commerce — building bots, automations and internal systems to scale our own sourcing, retail and wholesale operation without scaling headcount.


What we built for ourselves worked. So we started building it for others. Today, Zelvox designs custom automation infrastructure, AI agents and intelligent workflows for businesses across the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean.

The questions everyone asks

How much does it cost?
Every operation is different, so we don't publish a price list. What we always do the same: on the call we work out how many hours a month your current process is costing you, and the project is sized against that number. If it doesn't pay for itself, we'll tell you.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scale. A specific, well-defined solution can be running in a couple of days; a system that touches several parts of your operation takes a few weeks. On the first call you'll know which of the two your case is — we won't leave you guessing.
What if it doesn't work?
Not every problem needs a system — and some problems are best solved by removing them altogether. That's what the first call is for: understanding your context and your bottlenecks to decide whether a problem should be eliminated or handed over to something that handles it daily for you, so your time goes to what actually moves your business. If automating isn't the answer for your case, we'll say so.
Does this lock me in?
There are two models, and we pick one together depending on the project. Either the system is transferred to you in full — infrastructure included, yours to run — or we operate and maintain it under a monthly fee or a share of what it generates. In the second case you only pay while it's producing.
What about my data and access?
It depends on the size of the project. Many are self-contained and never require access to your accounts. When a project does need it, we handle it formally: NDA and whatever contract the case calls for, signed before anything starts.
I don't have time for another project
That's the point of hiring us. The heavy lifting is ours; what we need from you is concentrated at the start — a conversation where you explain how your operation actually works. From there we work with what you've already given us.
